My friend accompanying me has a dairy intolerance and when asking for her drink without milk she was scoffed at and mocked by the manager no less. Not to mention his rude and sarcastic tone when I misheard him and asked him to repeat what he had said. I really enjoy costa drinks and was very disappointed in this visit. Would not return if I noticed this member of staff was here.January 17, 2017
